We are currently looking for a Senior Investment Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen the Investment Compliance function at Principal Global Services. This role will oversee global investment compliance activities across multiple business units and markets (Asia, Europe, US).Some of the key responsibilities will include:Oversee and support global investment compliance alerts, monitoring, escalation, and issue resolution.Drive automation and efficiency in processes (e.g., Charles River rule coding, compliance checks).Mentor and manage compliance teams in India and coordinate with PMs across geographies.Serve as an escalation point for ex-US alerts and trade inquiries.Lead health checks, audits, and governance initiatives in partnership with US and global compliance functions.To be eligible for this role you will require:4+ years of experience in software engineering or infrastructure development.Proficiency in at least one of C++, C#, or Rust for system development.Experience with Python or equivalent scripting languages for automation.Strong understanding of Computer Science concepts – algorithms, complexity, distributed computing, etc.Hands-on experience working in Linux environments.Ability to work autonomously and manage responsibilities independently.Please contact Malavika or email your cv directly in word format with Job ID: 14836 to Malavika@Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
