Job PurposeDrive EB Sales by acquiring, managing and retaining group insurance and employee benefits institutional relationships (Products-Group Term, Group Fund & Group Affinity)InterfacesExternal: EB Clientele and Insurance Intermediaries Internal: Sales Team, Operations and Other related support functions Roles & Responsibilities Lead generation & prospecting by meeting Corporate clients & various other Intermediaries Create a Sales Funnel for New Client Acquisition New Client Acquisition for Employee Benefits and Group Insurance under Direct/Indirect Sales Manage relationships with all designated Public Sector and GOI Undertakings Managing and growing existing relationships while increasing client’s portfolio/AUM size Liaison with internal stakeholders for group insurance quotes and client specific solutions Ensure daily timely MIS & Reports while participating in periodic business reviews Skills Required/ PreferredKnowledge of EB Life Insurance Sales (Preferred)Institutional Sales in Financial Services (Mandatory)Understanding/ Knowledge of Equity & Debt Instruments (Preferred)IT Skills : MS OfficeExcellent Presentation & Communication SkillsInterpersonal effectiveness and ability to influence Travelling Required
