With a strong delivery engine and candidate pipeline, we are now expanding our footprint in the APAC, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan markets.Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts in the Middle East. The ideal candidate has a strong network, deep understanding of staffing needs in the region, and the hunger to build lasting client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and onboard new clients across industries in the UAE and broader Middle East region.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing services targeting mid to senior-level roles.Establish and nurture long-term client relationships with HR managers, hiring decision-makers, and business owners.Collaborate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment.Maintain a pipeline of leads and regularly report on outreach efforts, conversions, and feedback.RequirementsProven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the staffing/recruitment industry.Strong existing network and knowledge of APAC business ecosystem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.Comfortable working on a performance-based model (retainer + commissions or pure commission).What We OfferHigh commission rates on every successful placement or contract closed.Flexible, remote working arrangement.Access to a robust recruitment delivery team to support your clients.Opportunity to establish a long-term relationship and convert to a leadership role based on performance.
