Job Title: Brand ManagerExperience : 5+ YrsLocation: Shivajinagar, PuneJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, with the ability to think creatively and strategically while driving both online and offline campaigns. This role requires leadership, long-term brand vision, and expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand equity and achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Vision:Develop and execute long-term strategies to strengthen the brand’s positioning and equity.Ideate and implement creative campaigns that align with the brand’s mission and vision.2. Campaign Management:Lead the planning and execution of ATL (Above the Line) campaigns such as TV, radio, and print advertisements.Oversee BTL (Below the Line) activities, including events, activations, and grassroots marketing efforts.Design and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration across channels.3. Creative Ideation:Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative ideas for brand growth and consumer engagement.Work closely with creative teams to ensure campaigns resonate with the target audience and maintain brand identity.4. Leadership & Collaboration:Provide direction to cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.5. Market Analysis & Insights:Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer feedback assessments to refine brand strategies.Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions about campaigns and brand direction.6. Campaign Performance:Monitor and evaluate the performance of all campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.Provide detailed post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future initiatives.QualificationsExperience:-5 years of experience in brand management or a related role, with proven experience working on established brands.-Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.Education:-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
