At INI, we are driven by a commitment to sustainability, design excellence, and collaborative practice.Position: Project Manager – Project Management Consultancy (PMC)We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead our PMC team for a significant infrastructure development project in Uttarakhand. The position is site-based in Badrinath during the working season, with relocation to Dehradun in the offseason. This role requires deep expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects, particularly in challenging terrain, and involves overseeing all phases of project execution.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day project activities from planning to completion.Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.Monitor construction progress, quality, cost control, and safety compliance.Anticipate and mitigate project risks, especially related to hilly terrain challenges.Prepare and present regular project status reports.Qualifications:Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering10 – 15 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects; experience in hilly regions preferredexperience working on similar PMC projectsPreferred Candidate:Strong leadership and team coordination capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
