Test Engineer - Hardware Test DevelopmentSeeking a highly motivated, talented and experienced Hardware Test Development Engineer to play a pivotal role in the test development for our next-generation AI Server Systems, who can co-work with the software team to develop the hardware tests for volume manufacturing. The ideal candidate must have a successful track record of delivering full manufacturing test suits for complex server systems. The candidate should have prior experience working with EMS or ODM partners and should have good knowledge on the entire test flow including structural and functional tests. Responsibilities:Work with Architects and HW Engineers to come up with Test Requirements, PlansDevelop the test content collaborating with FW/SW team and EMS/ODM Test Development Engineers Generate and maintain test plans, test coverage reports and quality control documentation.Work closely with EMS/ODMs to ensure all aspects of test and quality of deliverables are guaranteed and optimizedRegularly audit the manufacturing tests and flag issues if any Interface with design team manufacturing team and ensure test coverage is maximized and quality issues are mitigated Help debug the hardware and software issues in lab collaborating with design engineering teams or factory test team Deploy the proven reworks mitigating design issues or silicon issues and intercept them into volume production Education & ExperienceBachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science 5+ years relevant experience in test development.Experience working with Manufacturing Factory Test development team covering structural tests and functional tests Familiarity with product design cyclesExperience with FW/SW and proficient in programing languages like C/C++Experience in manufacturing processes such as Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA)Familiarity with Data Centre components and concepts
