JD: Advisor – Content Development (Vocational Education & Skilling)Position Title: Advisor – Vocational Content & Skill Development Experience Required: 15+ years in vocational education, curriculum development, and NSQF-aligned frameworks Location: New Delhi Type: Full-time/Project-based/ConsultantRole Summary: We are hiring an expert Advisor to guide the design and deployment of high-quality, industry-aligned content for vocational training programs, including short-term skilling, apprenticeships, and certification courses in line with NEP 2020, NSQF, and Skill India Mission.Key Responsibilities:Lead development of sector-specific training content and curriculum.Ensure alignment with National Occupational Standards (NOS) and Qualification Packs (QPs).Collaborate with SSCs (Sector Skill Councils), and industry partners.Integrate work-integrated learning, apprenticeship models, and soft skills in curricula.Develop instructional materials for blended delivery (print + digital).Provide strategic direction for scaling skill development programs across geographies.Qualifications:Master’s in Vocational Education, Engineering, or related disciplines.Hands-on experience with , MSDE, SSCs, or vocational institutions.Proven ability to translate industry needs into competency-based learning outcomes.Desirable Attributes:Exposure to international best practices in vocational training.Passion for building employability and entrepreneurship pathways.
