It leverages open banking infrastructure to streamline access to financial information, supporting use cases like lending, personal finance, and wealth management. The platform empowers individuals and businesses to make informed financial decisions by offering a unified view of their financial data.Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Customer Success Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI/Fintech domain to drive strategic alliances and business collaborations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and fintech companies to expand market presence and drive growth.Responsibilities:Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth within the BFSI sector.Identify and establish relationships with key partners, including banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech firms.Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to create win-win collaborations.Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) to align partnerships with business objectives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and optimize strategies accordingly.Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including co-branding, co-selling, and joint marketing campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.Key Requirements:3-5 years of experience in customer success, partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within the BFSI/Fintech industry (Mandatory).Strong understanding of financial products, digital banking, account aggregation, and regulatory frameworks.Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value partnerships.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration between teams.Experience in managing multiple partnerships and driving measurable business outcomes.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
