We’re Hiring: Social Media Marketing Specialist (Immediate Start | Full-Time | On-Site | New Delhi)We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and self-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.Based in New Delhi, you’ll help us bring brand stories to life across social media platforms — through both organic content creation and paid marketing campaigns.What You’ll Do:• Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (reels, posts, stories, carousels).• Strategize, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads.• Monitor analytics and optimize content and ads for performance.• Work closely with our creative team to develop new ideas, maintain visual and brand consistency.• Stay up-to-date with trends, algorithm changes, and platform's best practices.• Prepare content calendars and execute content pipelines• Develop and grow the business accounts' social community and online presence.Skills & Experience:• 2-3 years of experience managing social media for brands.• Strong understanding of paid marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads).• Good sense of storytelling, branding, and content aesthetics.• Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (optional but a plus).• Excellent written and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and take ownership.Interpersonal Skills:• Display professionalism and good work ethic • Skilled and Adaptive• Team PlayerBonus if you:• Have experience in the creative, lifestyle, home or wellness sectors.• Know how to run email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)Location: New Delhi (On Site, Close to Malviya Nagar Metro)Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.How to Apply:Send us your resume, portfolio, and a brief note about why you’d be a great fit - pointblankproductionshiring@
