Communicate functional requirements to developers and demonstrate excellent communication skills.High reactivity, pro-activeness, and autonomy within the team, and should have the agile mindset.Experience Requirements Require 3 – 6 years relevant experience in Cash Accounting/ Good in Journal Entriesand Financial markets (business analysis).Clear understanding of Accounting Processing module – Asset Manager, Order Manager, Compliance Manager, Auxiliary jobs, Accounting Extract, Transaction status, Broker Matching with CTM, Trade Matching, Fund service costs, Finance Schemes, Batch Job Groups, Funds STP, SWIFT MT’s, Fund events/Key figures, Withholding Tax procedures, General ledger/Sub ledger Accounts, Legal reporting, Regulatory Reporting -EMIR, Settlement configuration for CSDR, Omgeo CTM setup, FAP/FAM Accounting, DEX, DFS, IFRS, Instrument static data, Swift and Authorization of profiles.Experience in building and executing detailed Business Requirements Documents. Expertise in MS Office tools.Experience in working along with teams in different locations and coordinating amongst them.Technical Skills - Mandatory SQL: Beginner, should know to write basic SQL queries.Functional Skills - Mandatory Backoffice transactions like Trade processing, Broker matching, SWIFT generation, settlements, Corporate actions, Cash collateral, Reconciliation, Fees processing NAV calculation.
