Whether it’s solving complex challenges or driving operational efficiency, Solytics Partners is committed to empowering organizations with transformative tools to stay ahead in an evolving regulatory landscape.Role Overview:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates for banking and finance roles, specifically focusing on IT and Quantitative and Data Science positions. You will work closely with key stakeholders, managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to interview scheduling and offer closure.Key Responsibilities:Source, engage, and qualify candidates for roles in IT and Quantitative Consulting in the banking sector.Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring roles are filled within timelines.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide timely updates.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Key Requirements:3-5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within banking, finance, IT, or quantitative consulting.Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent in niche markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Proven track record of successfully closing roles in a timely manner.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of the banking and financial services industry is a plus.
