If you are someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited about the future of immersive technologies, we want to hear from you.Top 3 Daily Tasks:Test Execution: Conduct functional, performance, and compatibility testing across a wide range of platforms, including XR devices, ensuring all features meet quality standards.Bug Tracking and Reporting: Document, prioritize, and track defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and refine test plans and strategies for software applications, incorporating specific considerations for XR environments.Minimum Work Experience & Qualification Required:4 - 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a strong focus on software & experience testing.Person who has done coding or knows coding.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in testing XR applications is highly desirable.Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues across different platforms, including XR.Proficiency in Testing Tools: Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), as well as XR-specific tools (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine).Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to testing, ensuring that all software and XR experiences are free of defects.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.What Would You Be Expected to Do:Develop Comprehensive Test Plans: Create and implement test plans and strategies for various software applications, including those utilizing XR technologies, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities.Execute Rigorous Testing: Conduct extensive functional, performance, and compatibility testing, including regression testing, across various platforms and XR devices.Track and Resolve Issues: Document and manage defects using industry-standard tools, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution and consistent product quality.Optimize Performance: Perform performance testing to identify bottlenecks, especially in XR environments, and work with teams to implement optimizations.Continuously Improve Processes: Stay informed about emerging trends in software and XR technologies, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance testing processes and product quality.
