If you are constantly curious, don’t give up until you find the right solution, have a knack for getting everyone on the same page and love working in a high-energy environment - This is an exciting opportunity!The product manager, we believe, is the key driver of a product company.What are we looking for?A responsible leader who will own up to the outcomes whatever they may be.Someone with experience in working across multiple domains and getting a deep understanding of new domains, as neededA curious soul who is already ready to listen and understand the problems first, the circumstances under which they occur, before even thinking of the solutions.When it comes to the solutions, someone who has the ability to think out-of-the-box and holistically.Anyone who is proactive and can merge new age ideas with old and proven methods of workContinuously learning and sharing their knowledge (both work-related and movie gossips are welcome: D)Who is a glue (we prefer fevicol) to the team right from the start to the end and after.Loves every step of the product journey.And a proactive hustler.Requirements : Skill Set3-4 years of hands-on experience in product management, experience in owning product end-to-endWorked on B2B/B2C marketplaces, handling vendor onboarding, transaction workflows, and operational scalingStrong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS, cloud platforms, API integrations, and microservices architectureFamiliarity with integrating SaaS products into enterprise ecosystems like SAP, ERPs, and regulatory frameworksPersonality TraitsAbility to navigate ambiguity, define features with limited data, and iterate rapidly to develop solutions in unexplored or evolving domainsExcellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills, ability to call out risks, negotiateStrong cross collaboration skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholders (both internal and external), experience working with the founders is a plusStrong problem discovery and prioritisation skills with strong focus on creating impactful user journeys
