We work with brands looking to scale aggressively, and we are looking for smart, data-driven media buyers to help execute winning strategies across our client portfolio.The OpportunityWe need a Media Buyer who thrives on performance. In this role, you’ll own the setup, optimization, and growth of Google Ads accounts—including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube—while coordinating closely with Account Managers via Slack, not client-facing calls. Your goal is to maximize ROAS and scale accounts by making smart, data-backed decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch & Scale Google Ads Campaigns – Build and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns for e-commerce brands.Slack-Based Communication – Provide clear performance updates, insights, and strategy adjustments to Account Managers and the internal team via Slack.Budget Allocation & Scaling – Make data-driven decisions on ad spend, scaling winning campaigns while controlling budget efficiency.Performance Max & Shopping Execution – Build structured campaigns, test asset groups, and leverage audience signals for optimization.Creative Collaboration – Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting ad creatives that align with campaign goals.A/B Testing & CRO Insights – Test bidding strategies, ad copy, audience targeting, and landing pages to uncover opportunities for improved performance.Analytics & Reporting – Use Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and in-platform data to identify trends and make strategic changes.Stay Current – Monitor the latest Google Ads trends, features, and automation tools to enhance account performance.Who You AreExperienced Media Buyer – At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.Data-Driven Optimizer – Skilled at interpreting performance data to make smart, impactful decisions.Slack Communicator – Confident in explaining strategies, reporting on KPIs, and solving problems via written updates in Slack.Independent Executor – Able to manage campaigns without micromanagement, staying accountable to performance goals and timelines.Process-Oriented & Detail-Focused – Keeps campaigns organized, documented, and efficiently optimized.Creative Collaborator – Understands how to brief creative teams and align visuals and messaging to performance objectives.Organized & Outcome-Driven – Can juggle multiple accounts while meeting deadlines and driving results.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.Fully remote position with flexible working hours.Clear career progression with opportunities to grow into senior buying or strategy roles.Work with fast-growing e-commerce brands and high ad spend accounts.
