As we scale rapidly, we’re looking for an Expert Wix designer and developer to lead our website design, development, and optimization efforts.When we say “Expert”, we mean it - someone who is both design-savvy and technically advanced, capable of taking full ownership of web projects from idea to execution. If you’ve built hundreds of high-performing Wix websites and know how to deliver stunning, conversion-focused digital experiences, we want to hear from you.This is a part-time remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be available for 25-50% of their time during Pacific Time hours. High performers can expect fast-track conversion to a full-time role.Responsibilities:• Design, redesign, build, and maintain responsive, visually impactful websites and landing pages in Wix.• Develop custom functionality using Wix Velo, including dynamic pages, database integrations, and client-side logic.• Lead end-to-end web projects including wireframes, user flows, UI/UX, and site architecture.• Optimize site speed, SEO, responsiveness, and conversion performance.Requirements:• 2+ years of hands-on Wix experience (250+ websites built strongly preferred).• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and performance.• Proficiency with Wix Velo for building advanced custom features and dynamic content.• Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to improve performance.• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage projects independently.Nice-to-Have:• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Next.js.• Motion graphics or video editing skills.• Real estate experience is a plus.
