Business Development – market assessment and identifying new lending clients/opportunities in the MSME space and expanding existing client base.Managing client relationships – existing as well as new clients, end to end management of relationships including origination, execution and negotiation of deals, assisting in preparation of loan appraisals, documentation, compliance and monitoring.Achieve targets and develop business development/relationship teams.Key Responsibilities:Market assessment and identifying new opportunities and maintaining positive relationships with customers.Prepare strategy, plan and execute the same for the identified market with a view to develop a strong client and asset base.Achieve agreed sales and profitability targetsManaging existing client base and identifying needs that can be fulfilledPresenting, negotiating and winning business with new/existing clients.Origination, execution and negotiation of dealsAssisting in preparation of loan appraisals and related documentationAssisting the Credit Analysis and Credit Monitoring teams in efficient management of the loan book in actively identifying early warning signalsDevelop relationships with other lending institutions.Develop team of Relationship Managers/Business Development executivesSkills required:Ability and flair for developing develop relationships across clients and other stake holdersWorking knowledge of credit appraisal, monitoring and compliance guidelines in Banks/NBFCsAbility to analyze financial data and assess credit risk; Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in teams and drive business targetsQualification: Graduate/ MBA with relevant experience preferably in the Banking and Financial Services sector.Experience: Minimum 10 years of work experience. Preference for candidates from Banking/NBFC sectors with relevant experience in the MSME sector as well as experience of working in Goa and/or neighboring statesLocation: Goa
