Who are we looking for?We are looking for a full-time on-site role as META Ads Manager. S/he will manage and execute successful advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Other day-to-day tasks include developing advertising strategies, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and generating reports to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.Your contribution to the team:Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platformsWork closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goalsDevelop and execute effective Ad campaign strategiesMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvementCreate compelling ad copy and visual assetsManage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectivelyStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingProvide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performanceOur ideal candidate must have:At least 5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practicesCore experience with companies of a Digital-first nature. Must have experience with D2C companies. Must have scaled budgets and campaigns efficiently over time.
