Qualifications & Experience:MBA/MFS or candidature / Graduates with relevant experienceMin 10 years of work experience, candidates who have led sales teams with prior experience in the Financial Services, Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management sectors preferred.Key Responsibilities:Overall in charge for driving revenue generation, business growth and market share gains for the company.Develop and execute medium term business plan in line with the Group Strategy of ethical, sustainable and profitable growth of the company. Build out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company.New product development as well as expansion in new geographical areas. Finalizing tie-ups with manufacturers of financial products. Developing and motivating a team of focused sales personnel Developing a strong and motivated teamDevising sales strategies and campaignsImplement a metrics driven approach to sales incentive, performance management, rewards and recognitionProvide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required.Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market and technology trends and providing feedback to the leadership team.Responsibility and accountability for revenue and sales numbers.
