Position: Microsoft Customer Insights SpecialistExperience: 3–5 YearsLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Customer Insights Specialist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in integrating Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Customer Insights - Journeys (CI-J) with third-party platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of the Dataverse and Dynamics 365 ecosystem, along with the ability to manage and extend data flows across marketing, CRM, and external systems.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage integrations of CI-D and CI-J with various third-party tools, platforms, and services.Configure and optimize CI-D and CI-J environments based on client business requirements.Work closely with data and marketing teams to ensure external systems are properly synced and activated within the Microsoft ecosystem.Ensure proper mapping and synchronization of customer data from multiple sources into Dataverse for use in Customer Insights.Support CRM integrations, particularly with D365 Customer Service, to enable end-to-end customer journeys.Leverage preview and beta features of CI-D to improve data segmentation, customer profiles, and audience insights.Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.Stay current with updates across Microsoft Customer Insights, Dataverse, and D365 offerings.Required Skills:3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Customer Insights - Journeys (CI-J).Proven experience in integrating CI-D and CI-J with third-party tools (e.g., analytics platforms, CDPs, email tools, CRMs, etc.).Strong understanding of Dataverse structure and data access patterns.Good grasp of D365 CRM (Customer Service module) and its alignment with Customer Insights.Familiarity with API integrations, data pipelines, and webhooks within the Microsoft ecosystem.Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.Good to Have:Microsoft certifications in D365 Customer Insights or related areas.Experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Power Platform, or Logic Apps.Background in data governance, privacy compliance, or customer data platforms (CDPs).
