Overview: We are hiring a full-time, on-site Technical Support Associate in the Greater Kolkata Area. You’ll provide support for email solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, use analytical skills to resolve queries, and deliver excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for email systems (POP, IMAP).Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.Assist with GWS, MS 365, Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform configurations.Address email-related issues, including syncing and configuration problems.Support VPN setup, DNS configurations, and firewall troubleshooting.Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.Offer proactive advice to improve system performance.Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.Collaborate with teams to escalate complex issues.Qualifications:Experience in technical support and troubleshootingProficient with desktops, laptops, and smart devicesKnowledge of email protocols (POP, IMAP) and configurationsFamiliarity with GWS, MS 365, among others.Understanding of network issues, VPNs, DNS, and firewallsStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldPrevious experience in a technical support role
