Each phase adding another milestone in its quest for exploring new possibilities and making innovative products.JOB DESCRIPTION:Years of Exp: Min 18-20 years of Exp in Quality with Rolling Stock/Coach Components, Served as Quality Head at DGM/GM for a min period of 3 years , Should have dealt with all Passenger Rolling Stock and Coach Component Projects.Education Qualification: Any Graduation with Post Graduation would be advantageousPurpose of the Role:•Accountable to serve as Quality Head, Responsible for reliability improvement program for Rolling Stock & Coach Components & customer interface.•Catalyze all process establishment, QMS establishment and IRIS certification for complete Passenger Rolling stock business as per the business needs.•Digitalization of all quality management tool to improve productivity and efficiency of quality organization.Key AccountabilitiesQuality Management System: -➢Established Quality Management System per IRIS requirement and ensure IRIS certification for the Plants➢Define, monitor & supervise site quality KPI’s (CONQ, Audits, Line Inspection) and➢follow-up for on time resolution.➢Manage & supervise site level quality improvement program and its effective implementation.➢Lead & facilitate various internal, supplier and third-party assessment & Audits (IRIS/ISO/ISA).➢Quality Assurance Plan preparation with quality KPI’ s & agreement with customer and Project reviews planning, preparation, facilitation and risk assessment.➢Define and monitor critical design/safety reviews (DRs), supplier reviews (FAI) based on part/product & supplier criticality analysis.➢Facilitate Customer Inspections and ISA Audits, during various phases of design, manufacturing, and commissioning to get customer confidence on the maturity of process & product.➢Facilitate customer hold point & witness point inspections for train deliveries and getting clearance certificate for train dispatch from Resident Engineer.➢Coordinating between Depot, Factory, Design Units and suppliers to ensure open issues / NCRs are resolved through 8D approach & in timely manner before and after deliveries.➢Developed and deployed Rolling Stock Handover Process along with Customer to ensure seamless provisional acceptance of metro trains.➢Ensure the quality & safety impact of change request is analyzed and ensure it implemented correctly on trains.➢C0NQ monitoring, reporting, and facilitating the action planLeadership & Team handling: -➢ Leading quality function across plant & depot and guiding them on their day-to-day issues. Cardinal in process architecture & its adoptability.➢ Member of leadership committee to strategies upcoming projects & its planning.➢ Excellent verbal & written communication, team player and leading abilities, motivated andhighly optimistic for challenging assignments.Project Management: -➢ Project Management & Quality Assurance for Rolling Stock/Metro/Coach Component Projects.➢ Delivery management by assessing the maturity of final product and liaising with Customer –(Resident Engineers/General Consultants).➢ Stablishing process at depot level to analyze mainline failures and developing Reliabilityimprovement plan.➢ Pioneer in stabilizing complete Project Management Cycle from NPT till Warranty closer for all project and Support project manager on preparation of Project Gate reviews with proper risk & mitigation for Management Reviews.Organization details: & LinkedIn Page: Patil Group
