Location: 100% RemoteJob Type: Full TimeShift Time: 5:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM ISTIndustry: Construction & FabricationAbout the role:We’re looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage procurement operations, ensuring timely delivery of quality materials while optimizing costs. If you have experience in procurement, vendor management, and purchasing workflows, this is your opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects!Key Responsibilities:• Issue RFQs/RFPs and process Purchase Orders (POs).• Track order status, manage deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.• Evaluate and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.• Maintain inventory logs and monitor stock levels to support project needs.• Ensure budget compliance and identify cost-saving opportunities.• Keep detailed procurement records for audit and compliance.• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for long-term success.Deliverables & Work Products:• RFQs/RFPs & PO Documentation• Order Tracking & Delivery Reports• Supplier Evaluation & Negotiation Summaries• Inventory & Cost Tracking Reports• Procurement Compliance & Audit FilesWhat We’re Looking For:• Experience in procurement (construction/fabrication industry preferred).• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.• Proficiency in procurement software & Excel.• Attention to detail with a focus on cost control & efficiency.
