We operate 22 healthcare facilities (5000+ beds), 30+ specialities and 5000+ clinicians across the NCR Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh.Position OverviewMEP Manager with 8-12 years of experience preferably in projects pertaining to the Healthcare Industry. The MEP engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the plumbing, electrical and Mechanical aspects of the Project. Should have deep understanding of MEP design and execution of MEP works in the construction phase. The candidate must possess Interpersonal skills along with Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Job Responsibilities 1. Project Management: Lead MEP-related aspects of projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and well-coordinated project delivery.2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in the execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and incorporate the latest technologies into the project.3.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks during construction to ensure MEP systems meet specified standards and regulations. Collaborate with quality control teams to address any deviations and implement corrective measures.4.Safety Oversight: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.5. Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising system performance or safety.6. Communication: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction of all stakeholders.
