About the Role: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager specializing in Accounts Receivable/Payable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing Accounts Receivable/Payable, demonstrating a strategic mindset to enhance the organization's financial health through effective management of receivables/payables processes. Key Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable/payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, recording, reconciliations, collections, and monthly closings. Monitor and report on accounts receivables/payables periodically. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables/payables. Continuously assess and enhance accounts receivable/payable processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial performance. Manage accounts receivable, accounts payables, including cash collection, discrepancy resolution, and timely customer communications. Maintain records of sales, receivables, payables, security deposits, and process refunds as necessary. Prepare and reconcile data with respect to Income Tax, GST, and other applicable regulatory acts across group companies. Maintain reconciliations with inter-companies and other relevant business parties. Offer financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making. Desired Qualification:CA-Inter is a mustBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable management. Prior experience with a renowned startup. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting regulations, and industry best practices. Working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other applicable regulatory acts.
