For more information, visit us at About the Role - Render Wrangler Supervisor / Sr. Render Wranglers: Exp: 5-10 yearResponsibilities -5 years of experience in a similar role.Knowledge of the lifecycle of 3D and VFX showsBachelor of Computer Science or equivalent years of experienceAbility to handle a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environmentWillingness to work on rotational shifts.Good written and verbal communication skills in dealing with both technical and artistic groupsUnderstanding of meeting the project goals while monitoring the render farms health and status on a regular basisMonitoring experience for User instance quality and quantity and making the required corrections when neededExperience with troubleshooting and monitoring infrastructure and User instance issues.Escalate problems to the respective teams Preferred Skills -Analytical and data reporting skillsRender tasks estimation experienceAbility to provide disk and data resource management servicesNatural problem solverWilling to take initiative and Multi-TaskerCommitted to achieving targetsImpeccable accuracy and attention to detailsFlexible and accepting changeCalm under pressure and capable of delivering deadlines Qualifications - VFX show, data resource management, data reportingRequired Skills -Monitor Deadline Render, Muster, or any else Render Management SoftwareMonitor the health of User instance resourcesCoordinate with LRC Supervisors and team members to understand the prioritiesReport any breakdown, storage, server, and system issues to the IT departmentTake care of software installations, plug-in manager as and when it is required.Check the render output and pass renders to LRC team. Preferred Skills -bachelor’s degree in computer science, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field is a plus.Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate tasks, for the below mentioned Phase A applications.
