Job Title: Assistant Manager – Ad OperationsJob Location: RemoteEmployment: Full TimeJob Summary:We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Ad Operations to lead and optimize digital campaign execution across platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise, a strong command of ad tech tools, and proven leadership in managing teams and stakeholder expectations.Job Duties:Lead end-to-end campaign management: trafficking, QA, pacing, and optimizations.Oversee team performance, utilization, hiring, and training of AdOps executives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Analytics) to ensure campaign success.Act as the technical SME for tag implementation, platform troubleshooting, and delivery issues.Drive operational excellence by creating SOPs and scalable workflows.Handle client communications, pilot execution, and QBRs for key accounts.Stay updated with ad tech trends, privacy policies, and industry changes.Team Management:Oversee team utilization, hiring, onboarding, and overall team healthMentor, train, and upskill team members; ensure delivery quality and performance standardsDrive resource allocation and workload balancing across accountsOperational Excellence:Lead and manage day-to-day ad operations, including campaign setup, pacing, QA, and troubleshootingEnsure timely and error-free campaign execution across DSPs, ad servers, and platformsBuild SOPs and scalable processes to improve workflow efficiency and accuracyTechnical Leadership:Act as a subject matter expert for campaign management, ad trafficking, tag implementation, and analyticsLead technical pilots, run tests, and provide solutions to complex platform-specific challengesStay current with ad tech trends, privacy changes, and evolving media landscapesClient & Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with sales, internal ops, HR, and cross-functional teams to align on business goals and deliveryOwn end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts and client projectsParticipate in client calls, pilot reviews, and QBRs to drive satisfaction and retentionStrategic Contribution:Lead pilot initiatives from scoping to closure, ensuring high-quality output and conversion to long-term engagementsIdentify operational gaps, suggest improvements, and implement automation where feasibleQualifications:8+ years of experience in Ad Operations, with a strong background in programmatic and digital media platforms.Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Campaign Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, and ad tag managers.Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout Atidiv:Atidiv was built to ignite hyper growth.
