ASEC Engineers – A Verdantas Company is seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Applications & Platform Engineering to join our dynamic Pune office.In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, deployment, and optimization of enterprise applications and platform infrastructure. You’ll align technical solutions with business strategy while ensuring security, scalability, and performance—empowering our organization to grow and innovate.Key Responsibilities:· Lead and manage the enterprise applications and platform engineering teams.· Develop and execute strategies for enterprise application development and platform modernization.· Oversee the full lifecycle of application and platform development—from architecture to deployment.· Ensure high availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems.· Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.· Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.· Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.Core Competencies:· Technical Expertise: Lead and manage the IT systems, Microsoft 365, integration with business applications such as Workday and ServiceNow and experience with software development and data management technologies. · Manage full life-cycle implementation projects: Integrations with upstream and downstream enterprise applications, systems, and processes.· Manage Cloud Platforms: Experience managing hyperscalers and data platforms. · Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.· Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies, identify trends, and drive solutions to complex technical and business challenges.· Project Management: Skilled in managing large-scale projects, aligning technical goals with business needs, and delivering results on time and within budget.· Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of application and data security standards, with experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Required Qualifications:· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent· 8-12 years of relevant experience· Strong verbal and written communication skillsLocation and Work Set-up · Pune, Maharashtra, India· Work Mode: In OfficeWhy Join ASEC Engineers – A Verdantas Company?At our Pune office, you’ll be part of a vibrant, innovative environment that fuses local excellence with global impact.
