Founded in 1955, WorldatWork serves Total Rewards professionals throughout the world working in organizations of all sizes and every industry.Job Summary:The HR Director actively collaborates with our US team to lead and manage all aspects of our Human Resources function on a global scale. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that encompass Talent Acquisition, Global Compensation and Total Rewards, Retention Management, Performance Management, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations. The HR Director will ensure that HR policies and programs align with our business objectives while fostering a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and serves as a coach and mentor for others across the association. Duties/Responsibilities:Global HR & Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global business objectives.Ensure compliance with international labor laws and best HR practices.Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR innovations.Talent Acquisition & Retention Management:Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all regions.Oversee employer branding initiatives and the overall candidate experience.Develop robust retention strategies, including career development and employee engagement programs.Total Rewards & Compensation Strategy:Manage global compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive total rewards packages.Oversee bonus, incentive, and equity programs in line with market trends and organizational objectives.Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary reviews.Performance Management & Employee Development:Implement effective performance management systems and appraisal processes.Develop training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.HR Business Partnering & Employee Engagement:Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, advising on HR issues and driving employee engagement initiatives.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.Strategic & Organizational Planning:Lead organizational change, restructuring, and transformation projects.Utilize data-driven HR analytics to optimize organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making.Compliance, Legal Document Analysis & HR Operations:Ensure adherence to global HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.Oversee the review of legal documents such as contracts and employment agreements.Manage HR operations including payroll, HRIS, and policy governance.Required Skills/Abilities: Organizational Skills: Organize & Plan, Calendar Management, Multi-Tasking, Time Management, Attention to DetailAnalytical & Problem-Solving: Data-Driven Decision Making, Problem-SolvingCommunication: Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Professionalism, Adaptability, PersonableTechnical Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, HRIS, SalesforceOther: Confidentiality, Strategic Thinking, and the ability to foster high employee engagement in a diverse environmentTools & Applications:Productivity & Collaboration: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, ZoomOther Tools: Calendar Management Tools, and any relevant HR analytics platformsEducation and Experience:Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in HR strategy, global workforce planning, total rewards management, and employee engagement.
