We're looking for a Senior Executive to manage our Supplier Helpline and lead the Telecalling Team.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls on the supplier helpline and ensure timely responseManage, train, and monitor the daily performance of the telecalling teamGuide the team on handling queries related to payments, balances, bidding, etc.Track and escalate all supplier issues and requests to the right departmentsTake full ownership of dispute resolution and supplier satisfaction via the helplineEnsure smooth communication and resolution of all issues coming through the telecom funnelWho You Are:Experience in team management and supplier/vendor support (preferably in logistics)Good communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage high call volumesStrong coordination and follow-up mindset to ensure issues are resolved
