About the Role:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team at Optus Housing , a growing real estate firm known for innovation and excellence in property development and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and a passion for branding, marketing, and real estate trends.Key Responsibilities:Create visually appealing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, hoardings, emailers, and presentations.Design and update property listings, floor plans, and promotional collateral for digital and print platforms.Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce campaign assets that align with branding and business goals.Support the creation of real estate project branding elements (logos, signage, visual identities, etc.).Assist in developing content strategies and graphics for social media and digital advertising.Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all channels and materials.Edit and retouch property images and videos for listings and advertisements.Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies in real estate marketing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, advertising, or a creative agency.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar tools is an added advantage.Basic understanding of real estate marketing and visual storytelling.Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.Good communication and collaboration skills.
