Interview Management & Scheduling:Drive interview coordination and feedback management while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Follow up rigorously to reduce TAT and improve closure rates.5. Hiring Analytics & Reporting:Maintain accurate data on recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire (TAT), offer-to-join ratio, and source mix effectiveness.Share weekly pipeline reports and hiring trackers with key stakeholders and hiring managers.6.
