This role requires someone with strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder partnership skills, and a deep understanding of fast-paced hiring environments. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection and onboarding.Independently handle 8–10 open roles at a time across pan-India clinic hiring and corporate function roles.2. Stakeholder & Founder Interaction:Partner closely with hiring managers and occasionally with founders to understand talent needs and hiring strategy.Ensure alignment on JD, process flow, evaluation criteria, and timelines.3. Talent Sourcing & Outreach:Source and attract high-quality talent using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, IIM Jobs, Hirist, Indeed, and referrals.Build strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements, especially for niche and business-critical roles.4. Interview Management & Scheduling:Drive interview coordination and feedback management while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.Follow up rigorously to reduce TAT and improve closure rates.5. Hiring Analytics & Reporting:Maintain accurate data on recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire (TAT), offer-to-join ratio, and source mix effectiveness.Share weekly pipeline reports and hiring trackers with key stakeholders and hiring managers.6.
