Team Member - Learning and DevelopmentEducation: Qualification: Any Graduate with minimum 3 Year experience in Learning & DevelopmentCTC: Full Time Job, OnrollJob Location : VadodaraJOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1) You will be responsible for designing training modules, maintaining competency records, skill matrix, and skill records, conducting Training Needs Identification (TNI), preparing training calendars, organizing both soft skills and hard skills training sessions, collecting participants' feedback, measuring training effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI), and setting up a Learning Management System (LMS).2) Training Module Creation: Develop comprehensive training modules that align with the organization's goals and objectives, ensuring they cover both technical and soft skills required for employees' growth and development.3) Competency Records and Skill Matrix: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees' competencies and skills, ensuring a clear understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.4) Training Needs Identification (TNI): Conduct TNI by analyzing the current skill gaps and future requirements of the organization, collaborating with department heads and supervisors to identify training needs.5) Training Calendar Preparation: Prepare a well-structured training calendar that outlines the schedule and topics of upcoming training programs, considering the availability of resources and employees' availability.6) Training Organization: Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and adherence to the established schedule.7) Participant Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from participants regarding the training programs, materials, trainers, and overall experience, and analyze the feedback to identify areas for improvement.8) Training Effectiveness Measurement: Develop and implement methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, such as pre and post-training assessments, on-the-job performance evaluations, and feedback surveys. 9) Return on Investment (ROI) Measurement: Evaluate the ROI of training initiatives by analyzing the impact of training on employee performance, productivity, and overall organizational growth.10) Learning Management System (LMS) Setup: Set up and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate the delivery, tracking, and reporting of training programs, ensuring easy access to training materials and resources.
