Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and organized Training Coordinator to manage and execute all Learning & Development initiatives across On2Cook and InventIndia. The role involves identifying training needs, planning, coordinating, and implementing cross-functional training programs to enhance skills and drive organizational growth across both companies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all departments through surveys, interviews, and performance reviews.Coordinate closely with Department Heads to link training needs and outcomes to individual and departmental KRAs.Plan, design, schedule, and track monthly training sessions, inductions, and cross-functional training calendars.Maintain a repository of internal and external trainers (generalists and specialists) across various domains.Organize and oversee technical and non-technical training sessions for:Kitchen Staff, Chefs, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Service TeamsTechnical Teams: Engineers, Designers, Assembly, Production, Supply ChainCorporate Functions: Accounts, Finance, and HRImplement and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS), CRM, or AI-based platform for managing training activities.Integrate the latest tools, technologies, and trends in L&D, including e-learning and virtual training solutions.Monitor training attendance, maintain records, gather feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.Set up and manage a system of recognition and rewards for learning achievements.Efficiently manage the training budget, trainer fees, and logistics.Support new hire onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Min Experience - 3 years in the similar positionsProven experience in coordinating and managing training programs in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Preferred:Degree or specialization in Human Resources Management or L&D.Experience with e-learning platforms, digital training tools, and AI-driven learning solutions.
