This leadership role demands expertise in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and performance management to create a productive, engaging, and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilies: Lead recruitment and selection for all plant-level roles, ensuring manpower availability and talent quality. Drive Learning & Development (L&D) initatives to build skills, improve performance, and support career growth. Implement effective Organizational Development (OD) strategies for continuous improvement and change management. Spearhead talent retention strategies, including employee engagement, internal mobility, and career pathing. Oversee payroll management, statutory compliance, and benefits administration in line with company policies. Ensure accurate and updated employment contracts, policy documents, and HR records. Administer a robust performance appraisal system to build a culture of accountability and high performance. Conduct HR audits and ensure 100% legal and statutory compliance, including labor laws and plant-related regulations. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs, suggesting improvements as needed. Collaborate with department heads to resolve grievances and support employee wellbeing. Maintain accurate HRMIS and data systems to facilitate mely reporting and strategic decisions. Champion the company’s values, ethics, and cultural initatives across the unit. Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 18–22 years of total HR experience, with at least 7–10 years in leadership roles within large manufacturing plants. Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
