If you're an organized, responsive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Be Doing:Email/Slack Management – Handle all post-term sheet communications, ensuring responses within 3 hours during business hours.Document Coordination – Organize, track, and manage legal & financial documents for seamless deal execution.Tracking & Reporting – Maintain and update trackers, ensuring no deal falls through the cracks.Meeting Facilitation – Schedule and facilitate all post-term sheet/path to closing meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.Quality Control – Audit email communications to ensure no follow-ups or critical steps are missed.Admin tasks – Help the team with administrative tasks or as needed.Who You Are:Highly responsive & organized – You can juggle multiple email threads and tasks without missing a beat.Detail-obsessed – Accuracy matters. You’re meticulous about documentation and communication.A self-starter – You take initiative, problem-solve, and ensure smooth deal flow without constant oversight.Great communicator – You can facilitate meetings effectively.
