Job Title: SAP Coupa Consultant (Contract – Remote)Location: Remote (Work from Home)Type: ContractWork Hours: EST Time Zone (5:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST)Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP Coupa solutions.Configure and implement Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Invoicing, etc.).Integrate Coupa with SAP ERP systems and other third-party platforms.Manage user access, security, and workflow configuration in Coupa.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Coupa-related issues.Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-user training.Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards in a remote delivery environment.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa implementation and support.Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration with Coupa.Proficiency in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and supplier onboarding.Experience working in remote, global teams.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Availability to work remotely during EST business hours (5:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST).Nice to Have:Coupa certification.Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) for integration.
