We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Associate will assist with a variety of administrative duties related to recruitment, employee relations and administrative function . This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR and grow within the profession.Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accurate information.Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.Prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, offer letters, and generating reports.Assist in processing payroll or coordinating with the payroll provider as needed.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.Qualification & Skill Required:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR in hospitality sector.Knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience with recruiting tools and HR software.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
