We are looking for a Product manager Experience - 3-5 years Location - Gurugram, India - 5 days WFO About the company - We are an innovative AI startup based in the UK, focused on delivering intelligent solutions that transform businesses. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. We built AI platform designed to elevate how real estate professionals manage student accommodations, PBSA, and co-living spaces. By automating client interactions, streamlining property operations, and offering 24/7 omnichannel support, we enable property managers to drive efficiency, improve satisfaction, and scale with confidence.Key Responsibilities:● Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.● Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build and deliver high-impact features.● Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive trends to inform product decisions.● Prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.● Monitor product performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving iteration.● Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.Requirements:● 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI or technology-driven domains.● Proven track record of launching and managing successful products.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.● Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.● Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.Preferred Qualifications:● Background in AI/ML-driven products or SaaS platforms.● Hands-on experience with product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.● Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design practices.● MBA or equivalent experience in a product leadership roleIf you're passionate about AI and looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company, we’d love to hear from you!Drop your resume at Megha@
