Candidates with strong Java/C++/Python skills and a good understanding of DSA can also be consideredQualifications:Minimum 3 years of work experience in backend development & building scalable productsWork on category-creating, possibly disruptive, fintech products in the early stages.Design and develop highly scalable and reliable systems end-to-end.Directly work with the CTO and Founders, and be a part of the product strategy.Self-Starter; Will be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our products built in-house.Someone proficient in MongoDBExpert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies.Familiarity with working with REST APIsThink out of the box while solving problems, considering the scale and changing environment variables.Quickly learn and contribute to changing the technical stackBonus Points- Working knowledge of SQL database for a product at scale and AWS.Interest (and/or experience) in the financial/stock market space - interest trumps experience!
