We’re seeking a dynamic professional to lead rate procurement from shipping lines/co-loaders and drive customer service and sales support for our CFS and Integrated Logistics Services. This role is central to ensuring seamless coordination between customers, sales, operations, and accounts.You’ll oversee the Customer Service team, streamline shipment handling, and support business growth through exceptional service and strategic collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle freight rate inquiries with shipping lines and co-loaders.Develop and maintain strong relations with ocean carriers.Collaborate closely with Sales and CSU teams to resolve customer queries.Coordinate Import/Export tariff templates, KYC updates, and pre-alert mapping.Keep customers informed with trade notices and updates.Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.Assist Sales in client visits, procurement, and revenue generation.Maintain and track volume rebates and incentive details.Ensure accurate job order updates with IGM/EDI coordination.Support documentation processes including ICD letters and agreements.Follow up weekly for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
