This profile is for our Online sales and support team. With over 10,000 happy customers since our inception in 2022, we are one of the fastest growing IT Companies in Australia.About the Role, Please read carefully:You will be handling inbound calls from Australian Customers seeking IT Assistance Tech Support. (No Cold Calling, No Outbound Calls).You will be required to convert these calls into meaningful sales by offering One Time or Yearly Support plans.Sales Target driven profile, therefore great incentives too.Essential Requirements for this role:Previous experience in International Sales is mandatory.Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot problems related to printers, emails, routers, no internet, black screen, blue screen, emails etc.Should have experience on working on remote tools especially LogMeIn.Should have flair for sales and ability to handle high pressure sales environment.Self Motivated with go getter attitude.Excellent Verbal Communication Skills.Should have a working computer, high speed internet and a Head Set with microphone.Important things to know before you apply:Opportunity to work ONSITE at our Melbourne office after completion of 1 Year on Subclass 482 Visa.
