Implement and systematize pre-placement offers (PPOs), focusing on increasing both the highest PPO package and the number of PPO companies.2. Enhance the quality of job placements by improving job opportunities, attracting reputable companies, and increasing average salaries annually.3. Organize summer and final internships with companies that are likely to offer final placements.4. Collect and distribute job announcements, descriptions, requirements, and specifications from interested organizations to students in a timely manner.Corporate Relationship & Coordination1. Develop new corporate relationships and manage existing client accounts.2. Correspond with prospective companies to arrange campus or online interviews.3. Manage placement logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements.4. Follow up on hiring processes to confirm placements, joining dates, and offer letters.5. Track placements using software or systemized methods.6. Share databases of eligible candidates with prospective companies according to specified criteria.7. Arrange interview facilities on campus, such as meeting rooms.8. Provide industry feedback, trends, and expectations to students and leadership.Career Guidance1. Regularly counsel students to improve job acceptance rates.2. Advocate for students to ensure alignment between their skills and market job requirements.3. Prepare students for successful interviews through guidance and support. 4. Participate in student assessments with trainers to evaluate placement potential.5. Support students throughout the interview and onboarding process.6. Offer information, advice, and guidance through individual meetings, group sessions, and other media.7. Collaborate with the Student Placement Committee, Heads of Departments, and Deans.Training & Skill Development1. Organize seminars and motivational talks featuring industry veterans.2. Plan, monitor, and execute skill training programs for VPSM.3. Arrange guest lectures, and on-job training for students.4. Provide training in soft skills, communication, interview techniques, and interpersonal skills.General Management1. Meet individual targets for annual recruitment, summer and final internships, and live projects. Support and coordinate with team members as needed.2. Plan and coordinate strategic activities with corporates, including guest lectures, panel discussions, and workshops.3. Collaborate with alumni, faculty, administration, and admissions teams to achieve career services and university objectives.4. Assist in publishing the department’s event magazines.5.
