Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to design and implement robust, scalable data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Salesforce Genie). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce's ecosystem and a deep understanding of real-time data unification, identity resolution, and customer data platform (CDP) strategies. This role will play a critical part in shaping the organization's customer data strategy and architecture.Key Responsibilities:Design and lead the architecture of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.Develop unified customer profiles by architecting real-time data ingestion and identity resolution strategies.Integrate data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, web, and mobile into Salesforce Data Cloud.Define and implement data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Collaborate closely with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and analytics teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.Guide stakeholders on best practices for CDP design, audience segmentation, and real-time activation.Evaluate new Salesforce Data Cloud features and releases, and recommend adoption strategies.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and developers.Required Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Data Architecture, with at least 2 years specifically in Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDPs.In-depth understanding of data unification, ETL processes, identity resolution, and customer 360 initiatives.Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Experience integrating with platforms such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Azure.Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and modern data processing technologies.Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and data lifecycle management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform App Builder.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, or Einstein AI is a plus.Background in industries such as financial services, healthcare, or retail preferred.Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, or data orchestration platforms is a plus.
