We are the technology partner for leading Communication Service Providers, Network Vendors and Regulators.Main Responsibilities:Your Mission:Identify and understand the requirements of our partners to fully meet their objectives and expectationsAnimate a partner’s ecosystem to drive growthBe the local/regional point of contact for our Value-Added Resellers/PartnersDrive and launch joint marketing and lead generation campaigns with the partners (Value Added Resellers)Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestonesMeets assigned sales targets and strategic objectives of specific partnersSelling through partner organizations to end users, combined with partners’ resourcesResponsible for Channel operations – recruiting, authorizing and training of new partners; doing reporting, sales and inventory, contract negotiations, etc.Maintain long-term business relationships with our partners to achieve a win-win partnershipImplementation of channel strategy and policies as well as regulations to meet compliance requirementsPreparation of quotes for selected Value-Added ResellersGo-To-Market qualificationsChannel/Partners Management experience with ability to manage multiple Channels/Partners in a global environment, different cultures and in an efficient manner. Experience in launching & driving growth plans with partners (joint Go-To-Market, Joint Marketing & Lead Generation campaigns), demonstrating ability to work with multiple stakeholders.Key Skills & QualificationsYour ProfileBachelor’s degree is required, preferred in Information Technology, Telecommunication, or business 2-3 years’ experience in channel managementBasic knowledge of telecommunication industry and first experiences would be an asset, but not mandatoryHands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop yourself continuouslyTeam player with good communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated to work full-time and very dynamic and proactive mindset Open-minded personality and love to work in a multi-cultural organizationBusiness fluent in English (both spoken and written)Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and show proposed solutions,Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively.Ability to adapt, work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport.Organization skills and self-disciplineWhy Infovista?
