In this role, you'll lead the implementation and optimization of AI-powered tools to revolutionize our prospecting, lead generation, and email sequencing processes. The ideal candidate combines hands-on SDR or operations experience with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to drive sales efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered SDR tools for prospecting, data scraping, and email sequence automationDevelop and optimize workflows that integrate AI tools with our existing sales tech stackAnalyze performance metrics and continuously refine AI-driven prospecting processesTrain and support sales teams on effectively utilizing AI tools in their daily workflowsStay current with emerging AI sales technologies and implement innovative solutionsCollaborate with sales leadership to align AI tool capabilities with strategic objectivesCreate documentation and best practices for AI-enhanced sales development processesQualifications2-3 years of experience in Sales Development (SDR) or Marketing/Sales Operations rolesDemonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technology toolsExperience with CRM systems(Hubspot), sales automation platforms, and data analytics toolsStrong problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvementSelf-motivated learner with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologiesExcellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and train colleaguesExperience with email automation, sequence building, and campaign managementPreferred QualificationsExperience implementing or working with AI-powered sales toolsBackground in data analysis and performance optimizationUnderstanding of compliance considerations for data scraping and outreachProject management experience in technology implementationPre screening form -
