Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our global market presence by identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with international clients, and driving sales growth for our machine manufacturing products.Key Responsibilities:Market Research & Business Development:Identify potential international markets, customers, and business opportunities.Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.Develop and implement strategies to enter new international markets.Sales & Revenue Growth:Generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.Achieve and exceed international sales targets and revenue goals.Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations with clients.Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents.Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns effectively.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Export Documentation & Compliance:Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of international shipments.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and payment terms.Handle Letters of Credit (LC), shipping documents, and other trade formalities.Participation in Trade Shows & Business Trips:Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.Travel to different countries to meet potential and existing clients, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with the production, purchase, and engineering teams to ensure product availability and customization as per customer needs.Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital campaigns for international audiences.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the machine manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.Location - Gandhinagar Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for international markets.Knowledge of export procedures, trade regulations, and Incoterms.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English (additional foreign language skills are a plus).Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for business development and client meetings.
