Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - IPO & IRExposurePosition Overview:-We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to joinour leadership team. The CFO will oversee the entire financial functions of thecompany, guiding the strategic direction, financial planning, and operationalefficiency of the organization. This role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part inthe company’s IPO process but will also encompass broader financial leadershipresponsibilities, including risk management, investor relations, capital raising, andfinancial reporting.Role & Responsibilities:-Strategic Financial Leadership:-● Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop andexecute a long-term financial strategy that aligns with the company's goalsand vision.● Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support businessdecisions, ensuring the company remains financially robust and competitive.Financial Reporting & Oversight:-● Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuringcompliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internalcontrols.● Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other keystakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.● Lead the Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring operational efficiency anda high level of financial discipline across the organization.IPO & Capital Markets Expertise:-● Lead the IPO process, working closely with investment bankers, legaladvisors, and underwriters to prepare the company for public listing.● Oversee all aspects of the IPO, from financial due diligence to regulatoryfilings, pricing, and investor communications.● Manage investor roadshows, and negotiate terms to secure the bestoutcomes for the company.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):-● Analyze financial performance, assess key drivers of revenue and cost, andprovide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.● Ensure effective cash flow management, working capital optimization, andliquidity planning.Risk Management & Internal Controls:-● Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks toprotect the company’s financial health.● Oversee the company’s risk management framework, ensuring appropriateinsurance, hedging, and risk mitigation strategies are in place.● Strengthen internal controls and financial governance processes to ensureaccuracy and reliability of financial reporting.Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:-● Maintain strong, transparent communication with investors, analysts, andother stakeholders, building trust and confidence in the company’s financialperformance and strategic direction.● Serve as the primary point of contact for the board of directors and investors,providing regular updates on financial performance, strategic initiatives, andbusiness outlook.● Support the management of relationships with key financial institutions,banks, and capital markets participants.Key skills and Experience:-● Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.● Minimum 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a seniorleadership role (CFO or equivalent) in a large or mid-sized organization.● Proven experience in leading or participating in the IPO process withexpertise in capital markets, regulatory requirements, and investor relations.● Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to manage financial risks, capital raising,and investor relations.
