Job Description Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 0-2 YearsPreferred Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re looking for a high-potential, analytical, and driven individual to join our FP&A team in afast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at thebeginning of their finance career who wants to build a strong foundation in P&L management,business performance analysis, and financial strategy.As an FP&A Manager, you will work closely with a seasoned member of the team andcollaborate cross-functionally with Business Finance and Controllership teams. Your coreresponsibility will include preparing and analyzing the P&L MIS from various business inputs,assisting in month-end closure activities, and building MIS dashboards for managementreviews. Key Responsibilities: ● Prepare and maintain monthly P&L MIS using data inputs from the Business Financeteam.● Partner with the Controllership team during month-end close, including provisioningand accruals.● Build and present various cuts and views of MIS for senior management reviews anddecision-making.● Ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with internal processes and auditstandards.● Develop a strong understanding of business drivers, trends, and financial performance.● Work cross-functionally to gather inputs, resolve data inconsistencies, and ensurealignment.● Support strategic finance initiatives, including fundraising analysis and planning.● Gain exposure to P&L ownership, cost optimization, and strategic businessplanning.
