With a collaborative, merit-based culture, it offers immense opportunities for financial professionals looking to grow within the fast-evolving FinTech space.Location: Remote, IndiaRoles and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysisAnalyze unit economics, revenue streams, cohort behavior, margins, and operational KPIs like CAC, LTV, burn rate, and contribution marginDrive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis, budget vs. actual, and actionable insights for leadershipCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive financial planning and strategic alignmentAutomate recurring reporting workflows and optimize data pipelines to improve reporting speed and accuracySupport board presentations, investor communications, and due diligence activitiesConduct competitive benchmarking, market research, and business case modeling for product launches or expansionOwn and improve internal tools/processes related to budget controls, cost tracking, and financial governanceStay current with industry trends, compliance regulations, and financial best practicesRole Requirements:CA / MBA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field3–4 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within FinTech, BFSI, or SaaS/startup environmentsProficient in financial modeling using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and presenting insights via PowerPoint or Google SlidesWorking experience with ERP and accounting tools such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or SAPHands-on exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for real-time visualization and KPI trackingFamiliarity with SQL or Python (basic scripting) for data extraction, transformation, and analysisExposure to budgeting tools such as Planful, Anaplan, or Oracle NetSuite is an added advantageDeep understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flows, and accounting standards like Ind AS or IFRSStrong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and ability to distill complex data into clear recommendationsCollaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and leadershipSelf-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup cultureWork Schedule: Monday – FridaySalary: ₹10–14 LPA (based on experience and skillset)Contact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact us at hire@._____________________________HireGenie is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
