Job SummaryThe Recruiter Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, screen, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent AcquisitionUse various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source candidatesBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsCollaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profilesScreening & ShortlistingConduct initial screening of candidates via resumes and interviewsShortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fitSchedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managersInterview CoordinationFacilitate and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring teamsEnsure timely feedback is provided to candidates after each stageAssist in designing and conducting assessment tests when necessaryOffer ManagementExtend offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits as requiredEnsure proper onboarding coordination for new hires in collaboration with the HR teamsKey QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPersonal AttributesProactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholdersA team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
